HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?
If part or all of your order does not suit you or if you have changed your mind, you have 14 days from the day of receipt to notify us your intention to return the products to us, indicating the reasons for this return.
A return authorization from us will be required to return the products to us.
This shipment (at your expense) remains under your control full responsibility in the event of loss by the postal services.
Only products returned complete (not used with all accessories) in their original packaging and in perfect condition for resale will be accepted. They must be properly protected. We are obligated to refuse any defective packaging. Our customer service inspects returned products. A discount may possibly be applied depending on the damage observed. A report will then be sent to you.

In the event of a product manufacturing defect or delivery error, (send us the photos justifying it), you can choose between:
